The product surface imitates the texture of natural rock surface, with different body experience.

The sink cover is consistent with the texture and material of the bathtub body.

The surface of the product is made of high hardness scratch resistant gel coat material, which contains extremely small inorganic particles. The hardness of the product is ≥ 45, and it is difficult to leave traces when it is scratched with a key.

The surface of the product has an extremely durable easy to clean coating, which is different from the ordinary easy to clean coating. The rock textured surface can also be easily wiped clean with a soft cloth for more than 5 years (after 5 years, even if the easy to clean performance has declined, the ordinary cleaner can be used)

As it is a reinforced layer made of high-quality resin and glass fiber with has a high strength, the product is impact resistant and will not crack as easily as the artificial stone bathtub.

Between the surface gel coat and the glass fiber reinforced plastic layer, there is a medium layer of high-strength vinyl resin, which makes the rock texture surface harder and more rigid.

Due to the special anti yellowing substance added to the white model, there will be no yellowing that can be clearly detected by the naked eye in 8-10 years (unless measured with an instrument)

For the overflow channel of special process, the overflow flow is almost equal to the drainage flow, which is far greater than the 18L/min standard of CE-EN277, making the probability of ground moisture lower.

The convenience of the dealer is considered in the packaging method. With a forklift or simple lifting equipment, one person can complete the process from stacking to carton retail.

The carton is a 7-layer thickened carton, with three layers stacked on the bottom. The heavier the weight, the tighter it will be. The bathtub will not fall out without sealing with adhesive tape.

When stacking and packing, every five cartons are packed with vacuum bags, which is moisture-proof and helps to save space, but the vacuum will never damage the strength of the carton itself. (No photo available) 

When taking out or putting in the carton, use the two bearing belts on the front. 

In the stacked state, the bottom of the bathtub is on top, and the sink cover is separately packaged and tied to the bottom beam of the bathtub. (D001 and D003 water dispenser covers are of spline structure, which can be directly inserted and pulled out, and D002 is of thread tightening structure) 

Since the single weight (60Kg) of this product is greater than that of the acrylic bathtub (40Kg) of the same size, in the stacking method, the weight of the following six bathtubs is on the bottom wooden pallet, and the weight of the above four bathtubs is on the steel frame.

When removing from the stacked state, use the two bearing belts on the back of the bathtub, use a forklift or lifting equipment to remove. After the floor is turned upside down, use the other two bearing belts on the front to put them into the carton.

A 40 foot high cabinet can hold 180 sets, including 180 cartons for retail. If customers do not need to purchase such cartons from China, a 40 foot high cabinet can hold 210 sets.

A 20 'cabinet can hold 70 sets, including cartons for retail. If customers do not purchase such cartons from China, a 20' cabinet can hold 90 sets.

Scratch Test Of Rock Bathtub

1. Test conditions

The marks made with scissors, in which the scissors are changed at several angles to ensure the sharpest side.

Effect of rubbing with fingers

Because the strokes are deep, there are still some marks left after the fingers are wiped. Wipe it repeatedly with a cleaning cloth to weaken the marks, but the scratches left by the convex and concave spots on the surface cannot be completely removed because the scratches are too deep. 

If you tilt it slightly, you cannot see the scratch.

The surface material has a thickness of 1-1.5 ㎜, and inorganic powder is added, so there is no problem to resist general scratches. For deeper scratches, use a cleaning cloth or fine sandpaper to polish, which can reduce them.

Black is the most obvious, white is almost imperceptible visually, and gray is in the middle.
